LONG TERM PARTNERSHIPS

Long-Term Partnerships are reserved for organizations seeking a deeper, more sustained collaboration with Nourity. These partners must assign designated representatives who regularly communicate with our team, co-host events, and engage meaningfully with our community on an ongoing basis. Re-partnering is not permitted, as we aim to build lasting, trust-based relationships that drive impactful community engagement.


STANDARDIZED PARTNERSHIPS

Standardized Partnerships are ideal for communities seeking a lightweight, mutual collaboration. These partnerships primarily involve mutual advertisement sharing and do not require frequent communication or event coordination. While more flexible and low-commitment, Standardized Partners still benefit from increased visibility, shared values, and being part of a responsible, thriving network.


COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND ACTIVITY

  • Active Member Interaction: Partners should demonstrate strong engagement with their community members, regularly interacting through events, discussions, or activities that foster a sense of belonging and excitement.

  • Encouragement of Positive Interactions: We value partners who actively promote respect, inclusivity, and a supportive culture within their communities. Whether through events, social media, or in-platform activities, partners should embody a community-first approach.

  • Member Count: To establish a partnership, communities must have a minimum member count of 300. This threshold ensures that our partnerships have sufficient reach and influence, allowing for impactful collaboration and engagement


PARTNERSHIP INTEGRITY & BALANCE

At Nourity, we take great pride in the value of our partnerships and what it truly means to collaborate with us. To ensure every partnership is mutually beneficial, we kindly ask that future partners respect and contribute to our collaborative process—specifically by adhering to the pinging balance. This ensures that all parties involved receive equal and fair benefits from the partnership.

  • Basic Partnerships (300+ Members): We kindly ask our Basic Company Partners to include an everyone ping when sharing our server advertisement.

  • Advanced Partnerships (2,000 Members): We kindly ask our Advanced Company Partners to include a here ping when sharing our server advertisement.

  • High-Interest Partnerships (5,000 Members): We ask our High-Interest Company Partners to include a partnership ping when sharing our server advertisement — The partnership ping is not required if you do not want to use it.


COMPLIANCE WITH PLATFORM GUIDELINES

  • Adherence to Roblox Terms of Service: Compliance with Roblox’s Community Standards & Discord Community Guidelines is critical. Partners must ensure that all activities, content, and interactions within the partnership strictly adhere to platform policies and guidelines.

  • Safe and User-Friendly Environment: Partners should prioritize the safety and well-being of their community members by creating a safe, inclusive environment. This includes keeping content appropriate for all ages and addressing any rule violations promptly.

  • Transparent Reporting of Issues: Any incidents, violations, or issues that could impact the community or partnership must be reported to Nourity Corporation immediately. Transparency helps maintain trust and ensures smooth conflict resolution.


GOOD STANDING COMMUNITY

  • Positive Reputation and History: We only engage with partners who uphold a good reputation and are in good standing within their community. Partners should have no recent history of significant disputes, controversies, or violations.

  • Commitment to a Healthy Community Culture: Partners should cultivate a culture that aligns with our values, promoting respectful behavior, inclusivity, and positivity. Communities with strong values are better equipped to create safe and inspiring environments for their members.

  • Regular Self-Evaluation: To ensure ongoing alignment, we encourage partners to periodically assess their community’s health, activity, and culture. Self-evaluation helps identify areas for improvement and strengthens the relationship between our organizations.


COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY

  • Open Communication Channels: Successful partnerships thrive on clear, consistent communication. Partners are expected to maintain open lines for regular updates, feedback, and any urgent matters.

  • Timely Response to Inquiries: Responding promptly to messages and addressing partnership-related matters in a timely fashion demonstrates reliability and commitment.

  • Transparency in Challenges or Changes: If a partner faces any challenges that could impact the collaboration, we expect transparency so both parties can adapt and find solutions.
