Description of blacklist: Upon joining Nourity, Qogical accepted a commission in which the client initially paid a $20 USD deposit to Nourity toward an $800 USD project. Subsequently, the developer (Qogical) contacted the client independently and persuaded them to send an additional $220 USD deposit directly. Nourity had no involvement in, nor prior knowledge of, this transaction until after it occurred.
The developer later completed and demonstrated one system to the client, who expressed satisfaction with the work. However, following this, the developer became unresponsive for 14 days without providing notice to either Nourity or the client. As of now, we have still not received any communication from them.
It is a violation of company bylaws for a developer to contact a client to request deposits under any circumstances. All deposits are required to be handled exclusively by Nourity, not by individual developers.
