Description of Scam : Riel4127 failed to pay the agreed price at the final stage of the commission. Although they expressed willingness to pay, they were dissatisfied with the arrangement, specifically not wanting a “shirt and pants per team” kind of deal. They had requested an experience system and morphing. Riel4127 acknowledged the prior communication stating payment was needed before further development, but felt the cost was high for what they considered a simple or unfinished script.
